О нас

We, the Think Tank of School of Public Administration of Lomonosov Moscow State University, with the participation of Russian media group «RBC» and Moscow Economic Forum, do realize that high-profile issues of public interest in management of organizations significantly hinder the process of social development, regardless of their institutional-legal forms and types of enterprise ownership, in public associations, in state or municipal administration,  and are determined to work together drawing on the following principles:

·    scientific interdisciplinarity

·    independency

·    open mind

·    good faith

·    confidentiality

·    skepticism and

·    ethical behavior.

We are initiating this annual predictive research of indicators of healthy administration that will last until Dec. 1, 2017 inclusive. It contains the following questions (pp. 1-17) and hypotheses.

We draw attention to the fact that in this study the term “organization” means an organization (public association/state administration/municipal administration), which is Your main place of work.
